The customer must coordinate with the National Oil and Gas Authority to obtain the approval to export such products.

Provide a letterhead addressed to the Local Marketing Manager requesting the change of the product tank type, to be provided to the Bapco Main Office at Awali.

VEHICLE & PUMP MAINTENANCE:
Minimum Mandatory Requirements – BDTL Diesel Tankers BDTL Mandatory Requirements
- Vehicles or tankers are scheduled for annual technical inspection by Bapco
- Validation of the BDTL badge is associated with the vehicle/tanker traffic registration certificate
- On the scheduled annual technical inspection date, vehicles/tankers are required to be brought to Depot-Bapco. If the technical inspection is successful, a new access badge will be created, valid until the next annual inspection date.

- A formal request letter to be addressed to the Local Marketing Manager – Bapco.
- Labour charges are counted as per Company General Overhead per headcount.
FLEET OPERATION:
- If you require Bapco to deliver products in drums or by fuel tanker, or if you require lifting from BDTL by your own fuel tankers, contact us on (bulksales@bapco.net)
- If you require diesel lifting by your own tanker from BDTL, book an online appointment through the portal and proceed to the BDTL facility

After completion of construction, the consultant has to test and ensure that the facility and its installations meet the applicable standards and guidelines including preparing the documentations and related third-party certifications. After that, the consultant can request Bapco to conduct a site inspection in order to rectify any technical shortcomings.
Once the site is deemed technically fit and all commercial aspects are concluded by the Bapco Local Sales section, the clearance for commencement of site commissioning will be given by Local Sales section.
